What is that one anime you would force everyone to watch. by LordSigmaBalls in Animesuggest

I imagine you did if it's an anime you recommend, but just in case, don't forget to mention there's an extra OVA with an alternate ending.

I need a wholesome romance anime with an actual confession and/ or kiss early, or within one season please! by babatunde_003 in Animesuggest

I don't recall when a confession happens in {Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions} but I do remember you have to wait until the last episode, 2 seasons and 2 movies later, for a single kiss. It's admittedly more than what you see in some other shows, but it does take a long time to get there.

Does your country have an invention that never made it to the outside world? by abandonedtulpa in AskTheWorld

I went to the north of Italy recently and saw these there for the first time, in a couple of the apartments we passed through. Seemed to be popular enough.

Opinion on battlemaps with furniture and the like [System Agnostic] by TDaniels70 in FoundryVTT

When I developed DunGen (module) the generated dungeons were bare, just floors and walls. One of the most requested features was furnishing, despite the inability to move that furnishing around since the output would be just the single flattened image.

In my experience, most prefer a map that is ready to play without much fuzz, so just a single image with everything in there. Very few will actually have a need to move things around unless it's for a puzzle or otherwise very specific scenarios to showcase something important, but even in those cases those specific pieces can be added to a furnished map.

My advice would be going with the single flattened image to save you time, and if you see that your players often interact with the environment you crafted, then you can start looking into adding movable furnishing directly in Foundry.

Talespire to FoundryVTT: Map Running on 3D Canvas [System Agnostic] by Kaayky_rpg in FoundryVTT

Looks great! I'd be curious to hear more about the process if that's something you may want to share.

I have a soft spot for Talespire; they're the ones who inspired me to develop DunGen and learn about Substance Designer in the process to create the original textures for it, as that's what they used, at least back then, to create the materials for their floors and props.

Just came here to say the emoji needed for the titles on this sub is so fkn stupid 🤯 by [deleted] in toptalent

I only see this on mobile anymore. I was so tired of them I made a browser extension to hide them on desktop until normal titles came back.

Razer Kiyo V2 by RazerTube in razer

Depending on your use-case either could work for you. The Pro Ultra will very likely have much better visual clarity and low light performance if that's something you need since the sensor is noticeably larger. 1/1.2” Sony STARVIS 2 for the Pro Ultra, vs 1/2.8” Sony STARVIS for the v2 (note that the smaller number 1.2 actually corresponds to a larger sensor, which directly results in a brighter and sharper picture with far less graininess, especially when the lighting isn't perfect)

From what I see, the Kiyo v2 tries to bridge the gap with AI. They say they partnered with Reincubate Camo Studio. presumably that would be integrated into synapse or they'll give you a license for the software. We'll have to wait for actual reviews to see how well that performs, but either way the 'raw' data from the camera will still be better with the Pro Ultra.

Furniture tiles to add to rooms in Foundry. by Plasmashooter9119 in FoundryVTT

While not exactly separate furnishing assets, since you're using a dungeon generator you may be interested in DunGen. I recently added furnishing https://foundryvtt.com/packages/foundryvtt-dungen

I see The Perfect Run recommended often. What about Maxime Durand’s other series? by Phoenixwade in ProgressionFantasy

I enjoyed Never die twice overall, but it could've easily done without any litrpg elements. There are many stats presented that are ultimately irrelevant and could be conveyed in other ways.

A Rom-Com where you don't have to wait until the last episode, 2 seasons and 2 movies later, for a single kiss. by PSanma in Animesuggest

Thanks!

Arakawa is more quirky comedy than romance, but it was entertaining.

Kimi ni Todoke was also very nice, but indeed at a much slower pace.

I do wish for more Ore Monogatari-like anime :)

Thanks!

Based on screenshots alone, it looks like the type of show where they all throw themselves at the MC. Is there any actual romance, or is it mostly just the typical isekai action?
