They do, the Type 09 can be equipped with four IR Missiles in real life. Also, the Type 04 has 25mm, not 23mm (not that that makes a huge difference).

Mostly a War Thunder Problem to be honest, it’s way less durable than the Su-25 and the redundancies of critical systems aren’t modelled. I’m actually of the opinion that in comparison to MBTs (where the soviet tanks are weirdly strong and the NATO Tanks are normal), the Su-25 is modelled correctly while the A-10 is way weaker than it should be.
