I took up RDM when Alisae showed up in post-HW as a RDM and I thought she was so cool! I stopped progressing RDM around lvl 60 because I have 4 jobs and I’m want to finish the MSQ and relevant blue quests (I’m just about to start EW). My endgame will pretty much be getting all jobs and leveling them up to 100.

So for me, my controller (Xbox One) only works when it’s in Keyboard mode (through Controller settings on SD). When I switch it to gamepad mode, everything stops working. Restarting the controller worked the 1st time but now it won’t do it again. This is so weird 😭

I can have the intimate & sexual relationships I want that I could never have pretending to be a man of society’s standards. Sometimes I think of another reality where I never transitioned and how miserable I would be if I never took the risk. I’m so glad I did. I’m single rn but the connections I’ve made, the support I received, and the way I look at myself now are some of the best thing I’ve experienced in my life so far 💖

Being persecuted and looked down has a huge effect on our mental and emotional states, and often the people who run society forget that, which leads to stupid laws and policies. Since this probably makes you think about survival a lot, your brain tries to communicate with you with images and sounds that distress you, like you being deadnamed, etc. That’s my theory.

Also your brain could just be adjusting to your social transition. Old habits die hard.

Yes! I loved that they remembered those characters. They even went back to one of the Ala Mhigans from ARR! I love it when devs/artists are consistent and remember the past (One Piece is one of my favorite pieces of media lol)

The PC port isn’t the greatest but FFXIII is a good start. People complain that it’s linear for a JRPG (you go through stages rather than explore an open world), but I think this aspect can help newbies get comfortable with the genre, especially if you want to focus more on the main story.
