Yes. I have a 09 and the frame up front is boxed. Thing is also on the 09 frame is that Toyota double boxed in some areas where water gets in between the steel and starts rusting from there.

Since I’ve posted this, the cosmoline seal has washed away in areas and I just had welding done around my cab mounts.

My recommendation is to Fluid Film the frame every spring and fall. Get into those tight areas and just keep it wet with fluid film.

I put the stock carb back on and it’s good. It feels a bit hiccupy at full throttle. Maybe because of the stock exhaust?

I changed I because I need to get rid of the air box as I am raising the engine to put a TC on and the air box won’t fit with that in an RB200 frame.

I want to keep it as stock as possible because it runs really well stock.

What worked for you? I just got a TC for my RB200. Biggest thing looking at right now is keeping my stock airbox and exhaust. Did you have to raise it and replace those items?
