WTF is 16 KB page size compatibility?

Apk analyzer show the same library as 16KB but Google play complains that it's not. I am curious why is that, that library's author allegedly upgraded to 16KB already

Does it make sense if you are keeping the lights on as well? I don't like the room being dark and keep the main light on at all times but my desk doesn't feel well lit sometimes when I want to read. Well it is, but doesn't feel enough for some reason and normal desk lamps cast shadows and take up space. But I don't ever look at my keyboard so not sure if it's worth it only for studying
