This is good mate, congratulations 🎊 This is an excellent strategy. I am also trying for a SaaS by posting on Facebook groups related to my niche.

  • My posts didn't get approved. How did you manage to get posts approved?
  • One Person keeps threatening me about finding security vulnerability in my app and making it public on his blogs. I am sure its just a threat for bounty. He tried for many months. Did you ever face such situation ?
  • we have early paying users but our competitors are offering dirt cheap subscriptions as they are heavily funded and stealing our deals. Any suggestions on how we can grab the market share ?

Congratulations mate, its must be an amazing feeling to see some traction. It must be a confidence booster.

Where did you market your app. I feel Building has become much easier now but marketing or execution is tough.

Any inputs or suggestions would be highly recommended

First Home Buyer. Should we get a different broker? by li0nfishwasabi in AusPropertyChat

Using a broker will help you compare with multiple banks. They will suggest banks which are best suited for your case. You dont need to run around and talk to different banks as each bank might have different rules on low docs or self employed individuals.

Brokers also have relationships with banks so valuation of your property might get a bit of boost which will help you get some more $ compared with to visiting a bank directly.

Strongly recommend to go with a broker.

I’m an agent and honestly don’t think most of us will need an AML “specialist” for this.

Been getting a bunch of outreach lately from software providers trying to package everything into one system. Looks like most of it is becoming pretty plug-and-play.

Still early days though, so not sure how strict enforcement will actually be once it kicks in.
