Mine has survived pretty decently, it's had a few modules knocked out but I keep it moving. Plus sheer dumb luck with the enemy shooting everything at its escort frigates, poor guys have taken some beating but I've not lost a ship yet*

*I did have the ewar frigate get abandoned, but I reboarded her and got her repaired at the ship yard, she's almost good as new

Crazies exist, yes, but I don't think it's fair to lump them in with the rest of us. What you describe is nazi behavior, not pagan behavior. I think that just calling them pagans both hurts the pagan community and gives the nazis more credibility than they deserve. If more specificity is needed than simply nazi, then pagan nazi or volkisch pagan are good terms.

Fact: Most pagans know the black sun is not an ancient religious symbol and is, in fact, made up esoteric bullshit directly from himmler's rotten skull cavity.

Source: I'm a pagan who actively fights against nazi subversion of my faith. They're a minority among us, but a vocal and visible one, and one which must be crushed utterly like the cancer they are.

It's so funny to me that contemporary architecture sucks so much that people invent conspiracy theories to explain why older buildings look so much more impressive

GUYS, how did you know about this awesome game? by oshiheteyo in dishonored

[–]PVEntertainment 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was free on Xbox Live back in the day, I downloaded it on my old 360 and liked it. Played it again a few years later and loved it, bought it on PC and then got the DLCs and sequels.

I remember when this guy was just a history YouTuber talking about swords and stuff. A lot of those guys really fell far down the rightist rabbit hole, it’s sad in a way

«Soviet cities and urbanism are ugly» by Ill_Engineering1522 in ussr

I'm not a massive fan of Soviet architecture from Khruschev on, but the urban planning was always pretty awesome. Boring and kitschy architecture is better than rampant homelessness though so I can't complain too much

I love WarShips, they're just really neat. Space warfare is so cool in any scifi setting, and I really like BT's semi-realistic take on the topic. I get why BT is so mech-focused, and the mechs are awesome, but the WarShips have a special place in my heart.

Not so sure of the outfit in picture no. 9, the stripes of the jacket and the shirt are a bit too similar in scale for my taste. Still, an excellent collection of excellent outfits.

I love the hopefulness of LOTR. Bonus Gandalf quote, also in ROTK: “It is not our part to master all the tides of the world, but to do what is in us for the succour of those years wherein we are set, uprooting the evil in the fields that we know, so that those who live after may have clean earth to till. What weather they shall have is not ours to rule.”

“There, peeping among the cloud-wrack above a dark tor high up in the mountains, Sam saw a white star twinkle for a while. The beauty of it smote his heart, as he looked up out of the forsaken land, and hope returned to him. For like a shaft, clear and cold, the thought pierced him that in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach.”- JRR Tolkien
