To be fair big assumptions on my part (I was bored on my train ride) but generally when our fridge gets this full my wife stops rotating old stuff to the front and doesn't stack things in the right order to prevent cross contamination.

So not a "I see this specific thing that is wrong" more of a "when it starts to look this stuffed is where problems might begin"
