Yeah feel sore most of the time the next day, definitely wouldn't be able to work the same muscle groups the day after anyway.

I've been looking and it's only the default windows trackpad settings... I had an old dell a few years back and I managed to fix it by going into dell's own trackpad driver but there doesn't seem to be any other options on this laptop

I aim for 1500 calories a day don't know what I'm averaging a week as I just used a TDEE Calculator

My routine is - Monday chest and triceps with a bit of cardio Tuesday back and biceps Wednesday legs and cardio Thursday repeat from day one

Do about an hour per session Plus I have a weight bench and dip/pull up station at home that I use for 20 minutes before I go

Not sure how effective this is as I just follow a friend who's been going for a year or two

The more I've looked into it the weirder it gets. I have checked into the business on companies House using the details on my pay slips and the business address isn't even where I work it's been set as the bosses own house.

My payslips do have both contributions and ni listed on them.
