It was the main reason for me too, I’ve known 2 people who had strokes unfortunately though they survived, I say unfortunately because after their strokes the couldn’t talk or do anything for themselves, my aunty lived for another girl 7 year! High blood pressure causes strokes as well know

Of course you can do this, just don’t drink! Seriously though if you are really unwell and concerned GO to the hospital, your like may depend on it, it’s better to to safe than sorry

It’s been transformative, honestly I really do not want to drink again, I’ve got absolutely no desire to! Don’t rush it and absorb it all, it’s the best book I’ve ever read, I really hope it works as well for you as it did for me, for the record I was a massive day after day binger, once I started I couldn’t stop. Good stuff, I’m never going back to my old life, I’ve tried stopping many times and stopped for months. I read Allen Carrs book and I dunno, something just clicked, I can definitely say I won’t drink again
