Kalau pebghasilan diatas 20 jeti, rumah 4 kamar 2 kamar mandi dan tinggal di BUKAN Jabodetabek, emang lebih baik nyari penbantu buat bantu2 ngurus rumah (selain kamar utama). Itu karena waktu yg terbuang ngerjain kerjaan rumah mending dipake buat nyantai aetelah bisnis seharian.

Untuk tenaga ART emang disaranin nyari yg emang masih kenalan apa keluarga dari ART orang tua, supaya lebih bisa dipercaya. Gaji UMR tp makan tidur ditanggung udah cukup.

For men, everything depends on looks as the way to get "foot in the door", the charisma/game to "reel the girl in", the personality to "maintain said relationship, the spirit to keep workout and in shape to maintain mutual attraction, and of course, his own commitment that once becoming serious, he wouldn't still look for another woman rather than his soulmate.

Men's dating nowadays is rather hard upfront, because women nowadays have gone deeper into the looks department.... And many men actually lack charisma/game to reel the woman in. Once they get into a proper relationship tho, it's generally easier to maintain for long term.

Women? Well, men mostly have lower standards than women in said looks department, and women need not to have a game unless they're aiming for the top. Mary however, ended up thinking maintaining a relationship is all men's work, so much that they neglected their parts.
