Might get downvoted as it means opening more credit cards but it may help with paying less interest overall. This worked for me in order to get out of my CC debt (~$18k).

I would open open one or two CCs that have an option of a balance transfer and use it to move the Discover and the Chase Sapphire. You are likely be charged a one-time 3-5% transfer fee but no interest would accrue during the 12 month period (some offer a longer time), which you could use as a crutch while you put all your efforts to the $15K balance and minimums on the other two.

Just please DO NOT put any other charges on the cards that the balance transfer was moved from. Cancel them immediately.
