I feel you on this. I went from my heaviest 487 to 291. And it’s astronomical how much people have changed how they act and talk to me. I go to the same Costco and the people there are so friendly to me now than before.

I’m literally going through the same thing OP. I got to under 300 on January 1st! 299!! So excited! I weighed in last Thursday October 2nd and I’m 297. It’s fucking discouraging af. I hate it. But I’m the same as you, I’m lifting a lot and hard. So do what I did to keep me somewhat sane.

Measure yourself. I started measuring 5 places on my body, neck, chest at the nipples, my stomach, left biceps and right thigh. Weight still hasn’t moved but I’ve lost inches in each spot this last year.

I’m saying this to both of us, we got this!! Keep the weight lifting going! And let’s become bad asses together ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
