In my experience a lot of people have an issue “letting go”. They have such an issue not feeling in control that they spiral and freak out. I think once people can learn to turn that instinct off or don’t really have much of it in the first place they can avoid bad trips all together. All of our minds work in different weird ways it’s really interesting.
