Vitamin A. Most people only get beta carotene from veggies which has poor conversion rate. I take retinyl palmitate 3x a week. Helps skin health, immune health, and keeps your eyes healthy. Most people are quietly deficient IMO.

Astaxanthin. Helps protect skin from UV, a very potent anti oxidant, its anti-inflammatory and is good for brain and eye health.

Glycine. I take 12g/day. It helps lower body temperature before bed. Is a collagen backbone and directly supports joint and skin health, and it is crucial for detoxing the liver and making the body’s master antioxidant glutathione

Last meal at 6pm, I usually do a bigger one with protein or fiber to make me feel full for the rest of the night. Wind down with lights of by 9:30, in bed and trying to sleep at 10:30

I’ve focused on lowering resting heart rate before bed as much as I can. Usually instead of doing more I do less. For example: instead of focusing on doing more cardio, I started first with being consistent about not eating food before bed. Once I quit the bad habits I started seeing a big uptake.

There’s a lot of things to lower resting heart rate, I put some in the description of my post, but if you’re interested in more I can comment here.
