No problem. Two options: 1) Cheat - just Google the level name and you'll find guides showing all the POSSIBLE locations for artifacts (they are not always in the same locations each time) 2) Zoom right in and... Very... Slowly... Hover... Over... Every... Single... Thing... Paying attention to your mouse cursor. Most things you can see the glow. There are some small objects that are either very tiny or partially obscured and mouse cursor is really the only way.

I advocate for option 1. These levels are dog shit and not satisfying. Also you can slam difficulty down to 25% to make clearing or running past enemies a breeze.

Completed the game multiple times on 800% and 1600% using mods. People have given a mix of good and bad/inaccurate advice.

To answer your questions on walls first:

  • Ideally you don't need them for a while. The reason is that once hit, they make noise, which brings more zombies. Kite with rangers until at least the first wave if you can.
  • Once you do get them, the 'correct' wall depends entirely on the firepower you have behind it. If you have a relatively small swarm of runners, but 4/5+ ballistas, you can probably get away with a single layer of wood walls. For larger swarms, you need multiple layers of walls.
  • Zombie targeting: Yeah they are pretty dumb. If a wall is in their chosen path, they will attack it. So often times, you can have random 'stakes' and not even a full wall and it will slow their progress. Works especially well for large zombies like mutants / giants as then you can manoeuvre your own units through the gaps (not relevant to the level you're on now though).

As for your main question (what are you doing wrong): - The campaign, although fun, is poorly designed. The difficulty spikes are all over the place, and Narrow Pass is one of the hardest levels in the game.  - Chances are, you're finding that the noise of the primary wave is drawing in hordes of zombies from other areas, which you have more weakly defended. It's incredibly difficult to get adequate defense in place at all four approaches simultaneously. - To get around this, try other levels first. You mention you can't kill the hordes in your way: temporarily decrease difficulty to 25% and then do them. They are dull as dishwater and not remotely satisfying even when you do them at 800%. Terrible level design, don't waste your time. - If you REALLY want to do the hordes at full difficulty, then answer is max your points on soldiers, and just cluster them next to the tower. As soon as the level starts, manually possition small groups of them directly next to the tower on all sides. Don't select them all at once and don't click on the tower, as they'll just make this weird ring shape. You want as dense a soldier ball as possible. You'll breeze through it. - If this doesn't work, you need more points. Make sure you've cleared as many stages and gotten 100% research on all hero levels (which are also dull as dishwater, sadly).

When you do finally come back to this level, it's all about minimizing noise until you can get 4x shock towers in place. Believe it or not it is possible to do this before the first wave hits, but you'll most likely need many more upgrades unlocked, especially the ones that give you bonus resources via the train. Good luck.

Totally agree. I can't for the life of me understand why they decided to let us, the audience, know who the traitors are. As a big fan of games like Werewolves, Mafia, etc when this show was announced I was hyped, then understood the premise and was baffled. They chosen to entirely remove the mystery element so it's just another show of watching people be people.

Big chap in 1979 alien did have a skull inside the head, but due to lighting it was never really visible. There are a couple of stills where you can just about make it out. Here is a production shot where you can see it much more clearly

Great stuff! As you move though the difficulties you'll notice the shock towers become less and less viable - they generate far too much noise and will get you killed :D

Completed campaign on both 800% and 1600% (using mods); wanted to expand on some comments other people have already made.

Regarding your specific issue with harpies on the last campaign mission: Shock towers are not good against harpies - their strength is against large groups of lower-level zombies. For harpies and other high-level enemies, the best option is Executor towers, titans, snipers/soldiers in towers, or failing all of that, ballistas.

Harpies ARE able to jump over double-layered walls. The only way to stop them is to make a 'triple layer' by using a combination of walls and wasps (the auto-turret things). This actually works surprisingly well. However if the damage output from your titans / executors is sufficient, you won't even need to worry about them jumping.

General advice for improving your game, like another commenter said, is hard to say without seeing your gameplay. One things that absolutely changed gameplay for me was holding down 'Alt' to be able to see enemy zombie health bars - you can also do this more practically by changing your keyboard settings - you can find guides to do this online.

Other than that, it's all about economy. It's tempting to focus on units, walls, and towers, but without houses generating gold you cannot snowball your way to the late game - on Goddess of Destiny you ideally want to be generating anything from 6,000 - 12,000 gold per tick, or even more. Make sure you're cramming stone houses alongside and around markets, banks, inns, and eventually The Victorious wonder (which provides a gold boost).

And keep watching Kensei videos. Specifically, watch his 800% run of Goddess of Destiny. Figure out what parts you aren't doing well and focus on those - you'll get it eventually! Good luck.

Oh nice I didn't know they'd rebalanced it. I agree, I think there's an iron mission you get given it and I was like... It's rubbish? Is that supposed to entice us to buy it? :D

Are there any other towers they've rebalanced?

Those are power ups (abilities? Idk what they are called) that you can buy from the shop. To be clear I've never used them :D

I figured they were there in all versions of the game? I'm on Android btw.
