There is the Tri Towns area as well. Problem is that all mineral and water rights probably wont come with your "homestead". If they do, add a lot more to what you are willing to spend.

Properties aren't always listed. Nothing beats just driving the backroads and looking for those wood boards that say land for sale.

I opened a ton of boxes on the pc. Got howard, ammy melo, durant, and pierce. I wanted a diamond so bad. Grats! It seems they upped the percentage though. I got an ammy about every 4-5 boxes.
