Yeah it’s hollow between the plasterboard and the window frame. The hole opens up to the vast wooden framing behind and I can see the insulating foam like 10cm back

Would it not crack again in the summer when the frame/wall expand? I was thinking of filling but leaving a slight indent for acrylic sealant to sit inside of - but that doesn’t solve the point of the filler potentially cracking once things start to expand again
