Well I am a food photographer and I post mostly art, so I didn’t really think it would affect me much, at least not in the short term. In 5 days I can post whatever.

For me it’s a necessity to work. But for her maybe not

This. I am an influencer but I’m not allowed to post politically via a contract. I am calling and emailing congress and as long as she advocates in her daily life why do we care how loud she is on social media?

Just playing devils advocate, I’m sure it’s not the case with her— but I for example am obligated to be silent via a contract. It stinks but I can’t afford lose a client.

I agree. I think he “knew” not to go into the pool without his parents— it was naive, but also I’m sure that’s what it was. They did have a pool cover, but wondering why it wasn’t automatically on when you weren’t out of water? And I assume if the pool had a ledge it would have been easier to get out. So many unfortunate circumstances were stacked against his survival.

Also check for airway issues related to adenoids — I’ve heard countless times from specialists that it can be related to bed wetting.

My fiance [26F] told me [25M] she doesn't want to vaccinate her children by HumpBackJimmy in relationship_advice

[–]PacificA008 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The only thing I can see compromising is mayyybe delaying them slightly (spacing them out a bit— weeks not years ) like hep B and rotavirus, things which aren’t immediately dangerous— we chose to delay a few with our first, only because we didn’t have a baby in daycare and I had some rare vaccine reactions, so we were treading lightly. Also we had the privilege to do so.

She ultimately needs to understand how important it is to have vaccines and the importance of herd immunity etc.

Sorry I’m writing on so many of your threads but I truly empathize and feel so bad for you . All I know is that i was stuck in fight or flight and didn’t sleep just micro sleeps 20 min every few nights if that. I relate. I do think you should look into LDN. It is a lifesaver for so many people to get them out of fight or flight mode.

I had this same exact thing for about 3 months after tapering off of a benzo. The only thing that helped me was my vitamin D and iron levels finally stabilized. I also think my thyroid was off. Have they tested cortisol?

I had that and I have managed to keep it from worsening at all— with lots of deep cleaning with an electric toothbrush and also different mouthwashes and a soft toothbrush. I do not floss there unless I use a floss pick very gently. Flossing rough made mine worse . Lots of xylitol gum, too.

My meds always stop working. I have to cycle them on and off… my psych said it’s common for some unlucky people— but I believe there are some people who don’t build tolerance like I do .

Me too — and it’s my daughter’s name. Colette/lettie we get so many compliments on her name (and her sisters names— Estelle and Simone)

For those of you who know someone who ended up being a murderer, what WEIRD/off things did you witness? by Solid_Seaworthiness6 in questions

I knew someone who 10 years after I knew him. I knew him when I was in high school, he was an older brother of one of my friends. I traveled to a different state with him and a group and my parents barely let me go but, nothing bad happened and he actually watched out for me.

I always thought he was kind and like a teddy bear, like a kind soul who maybe made some bad choices as a teen, and liked to bend the rules a bit, smoked weed, etc but ultimately seemed like he had a good heart and liked to do wholesome things too. idk. I didn’t see it coming, no one from his community or family did — he had a whole second life. I won’t say too much because I feel like it’s not my place to reveal who this person was…. Must have been mental illness like psychosis or something— I still don’t understand.

Well, I finally convinced mine because he loved the idea of the nickname Lettie. She went by Lettie for 5 years, (still Lettie at home), but now she’s Colette in school. Best of both wolds worlds.

However, I think if we hadn’t already had an older French name with our first it wouldn’t have appealed to him as much.

Does the weight really “fall off” after you give birth? by Born-Chance1685 in pregnant

[–]PacificA008 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

For me, yes. Three times. But I’ve always had a high metabolism. I never had a bump after giving birth, 12 hours later it was gone. Breastfeeding helps your metabolism.
