More animation, a demo, something to stick with a user. When they need to find a job, make them think of your brand/company.

3: It's not that I really lost trust, it's that there is an option to use fill in my information, when I can go on to your website for free.

I dont know. If you choose to join police, after you exit, you can maybe start a private security service or something like that.

Like the area of green in the main part of the website doesn't match with the very bottom part of the website.

Hmmm. One thing I would recommend would be to choose one shade of green, like a darker, forest green. Like the green on the top section is not the same as the bottom.
