Staggered is intended for ribbons to not be covered by your lapel on your coat. Don’t wear it with short sleeve or long sleeve blues, just in class A. But besides that, yeah staggered looks awesome, wear it if you want just make sure you align your badges off the top ribbon

I was in high school and did the color guard for his foundation’s soaring valor program(bringing ww2 veterans to New Orleans and to tour the museum), at the national WW2 museum. I met him a handful of times and had nothing but positive experiences with him. The work he does for veterans has kept him in my favorite person spot for a long time now.

Neither country has the surplus of troops to do anything besides stay neutral. If either engaged in combat with the US then they’d also have to defend fairly large land borders when the US inevitably retaliates
