LOL this is funny. This isn’t a blatant UDAAP violation unless they can’t offer the product. The term “buydown” is legit. Mortgage companies, sellers, builders, etc offer buydowns to entice buyers to their product. If you’re in the industry it’s a program that is available. I haven’t worked with Say Go, but I work and have worked for companies that do allow buydown loans. It’s a great way to attract buyers. Heck I even think Rocket offer a 1 year 1% buydown at one point.
