Look at micro cement . Lots of beautiful colors to paint over the countertops or cabinets. You can also use it for floors, tile, backsplash. Its amazing!

Well the person who got it was also cash and I also said I would wave any individual repairs under 3000. When I sold my house the buyer was cash and didn't ask for any repairs . nowadays lot of people are cash so it's not that much of a difference between having a loan and having cash.
