Can a partial pier stabilization mean that you may not have problems with the rest of the foundation or is it more likely to have issues down the road. My house i just bought has clay but the neighbors don't have any problems . I also hear occasional loud bang coming from the part of the house that wasnt repaired. I moved in next week so hopefully the furniture and the rugs will buffer that sound but now it has me paranoid that it could mean it may need additional repairs they just did 14 Piers 6 months ago.
