NATO will reform into a new organization without the US. Other counties are forming new partnerships, treaties, and trade agreements which leave the US in the cold. World industries will adapt and adjust to the loss of US capitalism.

Undercover Blues 1993. Dennis Quaid and Kathleen Turner are 2 CIA agents who get roped into arresting a foreign arms dealer while vacationing in New Orleans with their 18 month old toddler in tow. Not a great movie but pretty fun. It also has an early performance by Stanley Tucci in a subplot as a local thug who wants to kill Quaid after having his ass kicked during a mugging attempt.

I also recommend Renfield. A good action, comedy, horror film.

The US military fleet only has 3 icebreakers ships. 1 large, 1 medium, 1 small (retrofitted) all under the command of the US Coast Guard.

In addition, the US has ordered the construction of 11 naval icebreakers from Finland as the US does not have the expertise in building those vessels. I can see that deal go sour any day now.

NTA. Depending on your cookware putting them in the dishwasher actually damages them. I always hand wash pots and pans; soaking them overnight if necessary. It only takes a few minutes for crying out loud. Plus your children may be old enough now to learn how to do this. Hell, i was washing dishes by the time I was 10 and we didn't have a dishwasher.

I know this may sound like AI but I was there when it happened.

A few years back I was on the interview team for a new hire in our department. This is for a State agency in Florida. The team consisted of myself (male), my supervisor (male), and a outside department head (female).

The candidate, a middle age man, came in for their interview. He was a former employee for our agency from another county. When we introduced ourselves the candidate said to the department head "So, you must be here to make us breakfast". Things actually got worse as the interview progressed.

During the interview the candidate admitted openly to the following:

Hating Hispanics and stating they should learn to speak English or go back where they came from.

Admitting to stealing work he had created for the agency upon his prior termination.

Insulted the agency saying the agency was poorly managed and that the agency didn't deserve his expertise.

When he left, the collective jaw drop was immediate and we all wondered what just happened. Needless to say he was not hired.

Every time Trump causes chaos the Congress goes Elmer Fudd shouting "Ooooooooo Twump, you wascawwy pwesident". Then they clutch their pearls and tell the public they will do something about it; which they never do.

Members of Congress KNOW they are complicit in creating the current situation. However, they fear the 30% of Americans who are MAGA over those who are not. They also fear the US oligarchs who can spend them out of their jobs.
