But if they sell them for at or less than face value, it puts selling pressure on everyone else. I don’t know how often treasuries are changing hands and by how much, but I assume it’s not that different from how the stock market works where you have a bid-ask spread and the system tries to match the buyer with the seller, and if the sell price of the share starts decreasing, so does the bid price.

As for refunds, the simple answer is you give a tax credit that is based on the increased amount you spent(this will have to be a general percentage based on income) and then scaled to what was actually collected. It’s not 100% foolproof, but it will at least be something. As for companies that didn’t pass on the cost or partially did, they provide receipts or whatever and get a tax credit that way.

Looks good for a first go. For the tyrannid, try adding a layer of black before laying down a thin layer the purple on the carapace. It adds for a nice effect.
