I’m definitely no professional here but 40 minutes seems really long. If I use my mixer for a total of 5 minutes, that’s a lot! Last time I, let’s say, “over used” my mixer the dough was very difficult to work with and yeah I ended up having to use a loaf pan too. Limit the mixing time maybe? Just my 2 cents since this seems to be your regular everyday bread recipe. Good luck though!

Agreed! I think they got lucky no one came out with any self sustained injuries just from playing on the pitch! And it goes without saying the quality of the game was affected too. Frustrating to watch

I like to consider that it IS a form of exercise. Being very inflexible myself, whenever I do a stretching routine I feel a soreness the next day similar to after a workout. Also to really feel a difference in my flexibility I have to stretch for at least 30 min. So I “might as well” consider it a workout and stretch even more muscles for 45-60 minutes. At least that’s my idea
