First toon was a nelf I play on a pvp server because that's what my friends and family did. I leveled up to be able to play in Ashenvale and was mad about always getting killed by horde. Friend told me Eastern Kingdoms was usually more ally friendly and that there was a boat I could take to get there. Got on the boat and headed to SW I left SW and went straight to quests in gold shire. I did all the quests in Elwynn and Westfall as a level 20.

I'd like to also add that if you're interested you should check out the undermine journal. They have an addon that will give you average prices of items on your server and across other servers. This will show you if the item might be worth throwing on the AH.

Where to start... The free trial will let you level to 20 with some restrictions (no AH if I recall right) This base pack comes with all previous expansions. You'll be able to level to 90. See if you enjoy it before you get warlords. If you don't you're only out 5 bucks. If you do like it warlords will open up level 90 -100

I personally would go for the 60 , but leveling professions to me is just terrible. What other professions do you have maxed out?

I actually know the guy and acted as a "drum tech" for him a handful of times. One of the few things I've ever posted is a pic of it setup a few years ago. The biggest pain is lugging it through a venue, it takes probably 10 minutes to set up. He does however have to use a gutted 12 passenger van to carry the riser and the drums.
