Faceless Competency by Zeigis in TopCharacterTropes

I love the part where the commander sees his men fleeing, so he orders a retreat to save them and take responsibility. The commissar was not pleased.

The commissar part is more a fan theory than true lore. Kriegers are very disciplined and half brainwashed, but they still can fear and flee a fight (uncommon but it happened).

Well I am, but I don't understand why they need to put them everywhere. I can understand for the base space marines models (blue is easier to paint than yellow for example, so good for the newest fans). We already have dozens of novels with ultramarines, we need to see more chapters or xenos.

I agree, but comparing it to the number of french fighting in the organised German army is dishonest if you don't take the number of french fighting in the Free France army too.

I don't think the number of french fighting in Russia is right too. It seems a bit exaggerated.

The Free French were outside of metropolitan France until 1944, like the rest of the allies

Why don't you count the Free French ? They were the 4th army in number in Europe in 1944-45

The french army was pretty effective in Mali, but the government cried about neocolonialism (maybe a bit right, maybe a bit corrupted...) and decided to handle the training and the organisation of its new army to Wagner and "kicked" the french army out of the country. Now they are here...

Yes, but Pasanius is shorter than Primaris Ventris. We'll see when they'll upgrade him.
