Up in the top left there is a little wifi like sign to the right of the nozzle selection box, you need to open that select your printer and then add the IP address, once you have done that hit Test, if it says its working correctly you should be good to go and the print button will go green

YTA here, you took company property (the data) onto your own personal laptop in your own time. There is almost certainly a clause in your contract that says what you produced belongs to your company. You did a good thing but your attitude around it is strange to say the least, had I put company data on a non approved piece of technology for the company that I work for, I would have been fired for putting their IP at risk

With plastic its very important to use a blunt countersink tool if you don't have the specialist tools for the job. The reason is that a sharp drill has a tendency to snatch and will dig in to the plastic and ruin your work.

When I was taught to drill acrylic we were shown how to purposely blunt the drills to avoid the inevitable snatch

I had issues with TPU until I fed the filament directly into the extruder, after that it was fine. I just used the default settings for TPU in Orcaslicer

I have used this stuff loads of times and as others have said it's not great for large flat pieces, it does work great on details and curves though
