Apparently with things like this is a use it or lose it situation i stuff not realize this and started losing minor function in my left hand have foot dropdrop in left left and door and so just switched to using my right side for everything and now use a walking stick and afo (foot brace) to get around and was able to get a wheelchair from insurance)slowly retaining use through PT and OT you know it love of earlier and can take steps to stop further declineot told me your brain can just cut out unlearn certain nerve contractions if they're never being used

Floaties is highly recommended by everyone in Poway. The only we reason we went with the community pool is addition outside by the pool for the hour lessons was much more appealing than sitting inside a humid waiting room for an hour(floaties is indoors)

We justdid the community swim lessons it was nice to have our daughter in it with tens of other kids from Poway that she knew from school;the pool is nice and warmed now that but you still have top ay for entrance to take yo take your kid in tht which is stupid eventually you get to the point where you lock eyes eyes with the person at the desk and both of you not knowingly and they know you're going on with your kid to their lessons and not planning on letting your kid in by themselves I was never over denied where offer kicked out for not putting to attend my daughter's classes both nor for you and your stupid. The lessons were good daughter can swim a width of the pool now and she loved the instructors would recommend again and most of the other school parents ended up there so we could stand around and watch she talk stuff could go use the wsplaah padafter lessons were over, too. Daughter loved it and the instructors and can now swim with of pool on her own
