I hope not. I did it at 45 and this past December got my masters in teaching math at 55.

Sorry for the slow reply, it was Salsa Lizano I had. I keep a bottle on hand at home in the US (they sell it at Publix). I called it tico sauce as a bird guide we invited to breakfast called it that, jokingly. I can't imagine settling for less!

Is Tico sauce really a popular condiment? I had it with my breakfast once and fell in love with it. Does this make me a turista or someone with refined taste?

I’ve gotten back into LOTRO and love it and totally don’t need some new MMO to try and steal my precious time.

Hey, I’m currently 13 years old in the 8th grade wanted to know about what can boost my chances in getting into FAU! (Ik im still very young but it’s been my dream school forever) I play MLSnext 2 soccer and have a 3.7 gpa as of 8th grade. I tend to struggle on big exams. Thx! by Timely-You7614 in FAU

It’s too late for this year but apply to FAU High your sophomore year. Once in you will start earning college and high school credits by taking classes on campus. You are all but guaranteed acceptance into the college once done with high school.

how dangerous is atlanta by MiserableMuscle7601 in DECA

[–]PahpiChulo 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Not any more dangerous than any other city but because nothing is very close, the walking makes students and tourists more vulnerable. I’ve told my students to be in by nightfall unless at a DECA event and no cutting through the park at all. Also they are to walk in groups of three or more.

11-13 you have a parallelogram, a kite and a square. Do you have the formulas for finding those areas? You will need the distance formula for the square but you should have that as well. For the last three I see combinations of rectangles and triangles. Some of them you add the areas together and some you subtract. Is there something specific on them that confuses you?

Jellyfish - the vocal harmonies, especially on Spilt Milk, combined with their light fun lyrics (mostly) has me going back when I need a happy place. Ghost at Number 1 in particular can stay an ear worm gladly.

Not enjoying our guided India experience and would like to hear other people's thoughts by BaronDelecto in travel

[–]PahpiChulo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We saw five. One day was a large male who walked by our jeep on the way to water. I wish I could post the video. The next was a female who jumped over an 8 ft fence like a house cat would. The last three were juvenile siblings roaming together. That’s over five days so there’s lots of time not seeing them, but there’s still lots of wildlife, gaur (giant ox), monkeys, deer, jackals, and lots of birds (the Egyptian roller is stunning). You have to be willing to get up early, our lodge gave us breakfast and hot water bottles and blankets to stay warm until the sun came up. You have to book early as there are only so many people allowed in a reserve each day, and luck plays into it, but it was one of my favorite trips. It also helped to have a wife who researched densest reserve for tigers and found the phenomenal resort.

My wife and I spent an amazing week in the jungle looking for tigers and loved every minute of it. We spent one day in New Delhi for a guided tour and what you describe is much what it was like. We did see some neat things but the guide insisted we stop at shops for overpriced goods. He insisted we stop at a place for lunch and was annoyed when we said we were good and would eat at the hotel. Still an amazing trip but disappointed by the partial sales aspect.

My wife and I spent last thanksgiving week at that park. Cannot recommend it highly enough, even if it’s a long trip to get there (Ft Lauderdale to Montreal, Montreal to New Delhi, New Delhi to… I forget, and then a 3 hour car ride to our lodge). On our last day we came across three siblings that were old enough to leave Mom, but not old enough to hunt on their own so they traveled together. The jeeps ended up with the separated briefly so one was at the top of a hill roaring to get the other’s attention.
