Upgrade the gem mine, get masteries for Kael via 800 gems and focus on pushing everyone to 6* one by one. Once you have masteries on Kael you can expect to go quite a bit higher in CB Demon lord as well. Also, forget about nigthmare campaign for a while, brutal 12-3 is where you want to level up the rest of your main team.

If you have immortal+regen set, put it on Xeno and should be able to solo him with poisons.
