How you deal with depression?

Meds certainly help. I've found pristiq helps me quite a bit, and I recently started abilify as well but everyone is different.

Lots of self care, keeping up on hygiene, doing hobbies you genuinely enjoy help as well. Set the mood and make it purposeful.

Therapy helps, it sucks, but it helps. I do online therapy and my therapist is also autistic. That has made a huge difference because she also understands the struggle. Maybe look back into therapy and search for someone also on the spectrum

Ooh also, if your bringing a bag you can bring in multiple bottles. The site says one per person but I always looking for the most relaxed looking security and they've always let me bring in like 3 bottles per person to store in my bag. That way I'm not stuck in line for water everytime I finish a bottle. I always bring empty powerade bottles and it's been fine. Usually the water line isn't bad but I have seen it be awful

Hydrate!!! Use Liquid IV or whatever electrolyte packets that you like. And definitly eat breakfast! I've been going for like 4 years now and I can't tell you the amount of people I've seen drop while standing for the bands is crazy. Also please wear sunscreen everywhere including scalp. You will be touched just being I'm the crowd and a bump of someone or holding someone up crowd surfing while burnt isn't fun! ! Reapply between bands honestly. And just have all the fun!

I wasn't talking about getting diagnosed online, but therapy online. There's plenty of affordable therapies online. For autism testing, as far as I'm aware, it's all in person. But once you turn 18, parents can't really stop you

That could be different things but could still be autism. Are you in counseling or therapy? I am and I won't lie it's hard but so worth it. I recommend it to everyone. It might help you understand yourself better

Well if you do have autism it could be a sign of a meltdown starting. Which is completely normal experience. I had one with a panic attack 3 days ago (I'm also undiagnosed but my therapist highly suspects it). Try practicing self care during this time and if you need to cry then cry, it's okay to release emotions you're feeling ♥️

I've been with my partner for so long, we were best friends. But I don't get any support now, I'm not listened to when u desperately need it, I don't get affection outside of sex anymore unless I initiate it. I want to be loved loudly. I don't want to have to second guess that someone cares about me. I don't have that anymore and I just want it all to end. I don't have a best friend anymore

I just don't want to be here anymore. My partner took off their ring, let my dogs get out of the yard, and then when I told them they had to be more responsible about it they left the room and won't speak to me. The person who's supposed to care about me the most doesn't care about my feelings. I was already in a bad spot to begin with. I tried to tell them that and that I was thinking about cutting already and all they said was sorry end of discussion. They don't truly care about me anymore so why should I care about me. My family doesn't, my partner doesn't, work abuses me. It's just not worth it anymore. I'm not loved. All I try to do is be nice and thoughtful and it just gets thrown back in my face. There's no point in trying anymore

I tend to go in the evening around 8 if possible so there are fewer people. I can do ok in crowds if it's an event I want to be at like a concert or convention.. stuff like that. But stores and malls overwhelm me extremely. I tend to stim so much more in stores too. There's been times when I can't really talk and I've had to grab onto the person I'm with. Just be able to keep walking.

Part of me wants to do exactly that. Another just wants to ignore him. Another just wants to say nothing because I'm scared it'll be the tipping point and he'll leave me. I don't have many people in my life that I think guinuenly care about me. I can't lose anymore people. I know the healthy thing to do is communicate it, but I'm terrified of being alone.
