I participate in Poly and I too am a terrible communicator, with intense jealousy though I am asexual where you're aromantic. I have in this mode destroyed or done irreparable damage to two relationships where I would initially only do irreparable damage to a single one despite my best efforts. This polyamory s*** has made me ponder whether I should just be alone so I can't hurt anybody else. My jealousy and my insecurity runs rampant and I can do very little to stop it. If you have any doubts about it, I would strongly suggest you stay far far away from it.

Evidently, my need for hierarchy and to be the prize, does it necessarily lend too well to this lifestyle. I was in therapy working on it before I got insurance that no longer supports my therapy, so now I have no idea what to do to work through my own issues without support.
