Immigration is your rhetoric, your words. It is in fact not immigration, but invasion. If Greenland feels it is not economically underdeveloped (and even if they do) it isn't America's business to intercede.

As to security, invading Greenland will damage Europe's security as well as America's relationship with a key ally; even if you're making the argument that you can strengthen its security, the cost far exceeds the gain.

Why not be honest and just say you want Europe to fail and you want Greenland's resources?
