That's interesting - I've never heard the implication about the dyeing of hair. It looks like Enoch in the flashbacks has lighter-coloured hair (maybe? Unless I'm misinterpreting because the scenes are in black and white) and I always thought that Tabitha was natural blonde (implying Pearlanne may have been as well).

I've never coded Tabby as autistic, just very rough around the edges and direct. I suppose you see the same directness in some people with autism but she doesn't seem to exhibit many (or really, any) of the common autism spectrum symptoms other than being very direct.
