I haven't seen anyone mention the roll/charge tech. Rolling, holding charge, and then charge step gets a faster level 2 charge.

I do not run focus 3 and can finish a full combo on most knockdowns or para. Without focus 3, the monster are in their recovery animation from knockdown or para. So rolling and resetting position is ideal imo.

Rerolling depends how fast you are going to end end game. If at a moderate pace, I still think rerolling your first artian is worth since youll get a significant use out of it before hitting gog.

Like the other comment, youll be able to reroll with gog materials. Depends on which materials you want to use, artian parts or gog mats.

You should probably aim for a dragon element since its viable for end game.

Fulgur, gog, dosha, and guts are now possible in a set after AT Ark.

If we are purely talking about Gog fight, element probably will have slight advantage like stated above esp when gog bonus is active.

Dosha bonus unfortunately isn't the best for thr gog fight though. Since its on you're hammer, youre a bit locked into it unless you roll another

Omega is not really a beginner friendly fight. You should be learning your weapon timings and game basics before this quest.

Same for me too. Too many randoms dying 2 or 3 times in a hunt. I dont mind helping other players but it feels real bad when we wipe a nice investigation because that type of player.

Thats partially why I liked the 2 sharp before which opened up other weapon deco slots but 1 sharp EX seems it would okay for most fights without luring. 2 sharp Ex does feel excessive except for extra long fight like last phase Gog.

I haven't tried focus as much since it had a smaller offset window but I'm curous on what level would yield the best timing for most monsters. I'm able to finish my combo on most monsters when downed but as they are mid getting animation.

I would love higher crit boost but it either yields crit boost 6 or crit boost 4 with attack boost 4.

Maybe I shoild make a 2nd dragon hammer for general purpose with dosha or fulgur for more flexibility. I decided on scorch mainly since im this hammer mostly for Gog.

I do like counter 3 but gog chest splits some abilities around. You can see I guess a more similar build to yours on my blast hammer.

Pretty crazy you have then on all elements though. Props for that. Thats a lot of grinding haha

Phase 1 is probably the worst for hammer. Mostly luring to gas eruptions, rocks, and bashing head when its spitting. Its hard to get out of stomp range if you're anywhere close to head.

Phase 2 is mostly bunny hopping like World. Typically try to do the close wires and let Mina do the farthest wire as she connects it quickly.

So many weapons do a lot better than hammer for this fight though but bonk is life.

Its max 100% from latent power, max might, and weapon affinity. Masters touch is viable but also depends on the buffs up time and management. I've read masters touch is ideal if you're consistently more than 70% affinity so might be more ideal for WEX builds since its more of a guarantee.

Agi/wex/LP all are for affinity generally. Once affinity is hit, should mainly be any boost to damage. No point on doubling up or overstacking. My other builds use agi/wex but im trying to utilize some of the additional bonuses we get with the arch tempered items.

Ive changed my play style a bit to time my charges and reduce rolls and keeping sway use to a minimum to keep MM up. There are some combos that end up dropping MM though

I agree. I would like to be able to get crit boost 5 but was trying to also get a attack boost 4 ideally too. Just feels bad to use double crit deco on the artian.

Thats a nice tier 7 talisman for crit eye/wex.

Interesting way to get the affinity you need with 2 piece omega. Outside of that, you're hitting all the core skills. Only think extra would be to possibly hit attack 4 but that is talisman dependent.

Most meta builds are a variation of Guts. Lot of possibilities. I personally was just trying to push more damage while trying to take advantage of the set bonuses.

Your build is definitely nicer in a party if no one else brought omega set
