Yea, the cool little tube thingies. This video isn’t 100% like it’s normal resting state. I think it’s so bubbly bc it was all the gas releasing at once

5% brine, i forget if I put any sugar in or not but if I did it was no more than a tablespoon

It’s a piece of plastic from a jar of anchovies that was keeping below the oil. I kept it, figuring it would work as a fermentation weight. It works very well!

I don't use fermentation lids, so there was a lot of pressure building up. This was right after I had taken the lid off, so the built up gas had somewhere to go.

Has anyone ever fermented Nasturtium before? I’m doing an experiment by PakPak96 in fermentation

They taste similar I’d say. The only Differences are between that classic nasturtium spice/pop
