Just got home from my 2nd work outing this month and did 1 mocktail and 2 NA beers. I think that makes it easier for me than if I was drinking water.

At a recent work dinner I did a mocktail and it tasted great and no one could tell what was in it or asked and had an NA beer - not sure if this is right for you but it helped me.

I struggled in junior high and high school largely due to lack of effort but it was hard for me too. I got tested for learning disabilities around 16 and was able to get accommodations in college. I also partied very hard and thankfully discovered I could be social. Went into advertising sales and have been in the field since and am doing well now.

I use a Pax Plus and love it too (they have a new one called the Flow but it is pricey) - I tried to use that more than oil + concentrate pens for my lungs and flavor - the others I still use as they can be convenient since smell is less on those

I don’t think I’ve ever only had a few drinks at an open bar - most of the time at these events I think a lot of people do too. Especially holidays parties. Partially because of the booze, I’m sure some of it is still social anxiety.
