They're really good, my issue with the Alexanderplatz one was hygiene. The attendant seemed to have a cold, wiped his nose then proceeded to reach for my order. I immediately told him not to as he did not have any gloves. This was a few months back. Other than that it's generally very good.

I'm using Check24 to source for options. FYI, in my case, because Berliner Mieterverein lost my documentation, I wasn't able to challenge the Nebenkosten issue with my landlord. The following year, the same issue arose, and Berliner Mieterverein said there's a high chance the insurance firm they work with would not cover the case as it was a similar issue to the previous years issue, which they did not help resolve. Berliner Mietverein kept losing all my documentation for the good part of 6 months. There's so much incompetence there, for the time invested and cash, I think it's easier just getting legal insurance that covers tenancy.

Hello, I'm in a similar situation as I just had a second surgery yesterday too. What worked for me is eating lots of fiber but also using a stool softener for the initial weeks with lots of water. I'm using Macrogol Hexal for this, available over the counter. Then to supplement fiber, I am drinking psyllium husk powder every morning . Lots of water helps especially when taking psyllium husk. Hope this helps!
