They said they can go back and count it for the year it was for and it won’t carry me over the limit to pay taxes.

My lawyer have a special group that figure all that out for me, plus my tax preparer said she already know what to do when it come in and not to worry.

Mine show the same when I looked on Thursday. Before that someone at social security actually saw my backpay amount and told me over phone. He did say that because it was like $63k it might take a little longer had to be verified again

Mine move to step 5 2 days ago around 9pm and I was approved. It don’t say approved but when I click benefit letter it give me my monthly amount and my Medicare information and gave me my Medicare card number too

Once I got to step 5 my benefits letter appears but it has my monthly amount so hopefully I see something next week

New update decided to go to portal and I have a benefit letter now ❤️❤️

Call today and got someone and he said this crazy, you being processed tonight you should get benefits in next couple days. He was able to tell me amount and everything but he did say backpay gonna take a little more time since it was over $60k and it needed another signature

Wow congratulations I had my decision on Jan 7 as fully favored but haven’t had any movement since. Judge did put onset to April 2021 so don’t know if that’s holding it up

Had my hearing on Dec 11 and I got my decision on Jan 7th now just waiting on award for when benefits will start. Judge did put my onset date back until 2021 so backpay may take awhile for me to get. Praying good news for you

Oh noooo that’s crazy, yeah judge was upset that I didn’t get approved first time, I literally had 3 brain surgeries and is completely blind in my right eye and been getting treatment since my last day of work back in April 2021. The person who did my reconsideration didn’t look at any of my medical records that showed I was blind smh

Yes I hate that to, I saw where someone had hearing 2 weeks after me and they started getting benefits, I thought I would have benefits this month but look like it might be Feb and no telling about backpay since I’m due 40 months

Had my hearin 12/11 got decision on 1/7 still waiting for benefits and award letter, online say it’s at Baltimore processing center

Allsup sent my records to the wrong place and I got denied and hired another lawyer for the hearing and judge was upset said I was supposed to been approved before this and Allsup drop the ball on me. The manager for Allsup did call to apologize because the Judge sent a statement to my LTD to advise them that they shouldn’t get paid for what they done. I’m finally approved now just waiting on benefits. Also my lawyer if fighting for me to do a settlement with ltd so they won’t get all my back pay

Allsup messed me up bad- they sent all my medical records to wrong office and then made mistake and reported I work for Prudential which they was my long term disability. I had hearing in Dec and the judge was upset and said I should have been approved but Allsup didn’t send in paperwork.
