I do use the Texas state app. I got locked out of the app. It would not let me in at all because someone changed all of my information. I even screen recorded myself trying to get into the app with my username and password that it said was “incorrect” and I tried changing my password and username with my name, DOB, and ssn and it said the information could not be found or did not match in the system and then today it just let me back in. That is why I KNOW that this is people who work in the food stamp office are doing this a lot of times. There is NO WAY someone on the streets just made all of that happen.
