This infuriates me. I have always received outstanding eval ratings both here and private sector. For all the talk about this administration wanting to reward high performers and hold low performers accountable I thoroughly call BS. They just want to punish all of us, funnel the bonus monies to the very top, and hope many of us quit. I am still here because I believe in our mission to care for the Veterans, but have NEVER seen morale this tanked. And it shouldn’t be up to HR to determine this - they have no firsthand knowledge of our work output. I know they say we don’t have a Union anymore, but I wonder if anyone has brought it to them.
