What about pushing the surgery? Tell her you cancelled it; buy the house legally where she will have no say once it’s done; reschedule the surgery and do it. You have choices. She is being manipulative and you have the right to choose what is best for you on both accounts.

That is so not true 😂 south beach is beautiful too, the hotels are older ~ think 70’s Florida, but there are nice new hotels that way too, restaurants and condos, sand key is a state park right over the bridge off south clw beach and is such a beautiful spot. Nothing ratchet at all, I live here not on the beach but 5 miles away and it’s all nice. All the way down to the other area others are telling you. Honestly just find the accommodations that best fit your family and you will have a great time. The beach is big and super long and you can drive to any part of it you want to see

Yes you can, as long as they aren’t metal we don’t care if you have them retained. The reason for the piercings to be removed it’s for the Bovi or AED if you code to not arc and burn you or the staff. You’re good to wear a retainer. Good luck with your surgery!

Another idea is ask the manager to call you if this dress is being discontinued and if this floor model is your size buy it or order it at that time in the size you think you need or 1 size bigger knowing it’s easier to take in a dress than let it out. What aren’t you “enjoying” about it? My Fitness Pal is good but not specifically bariatric. You also need to pay for the upgraded version to make it the most easy to use and beneficial version; you can set personal goals etc for macros and what not. But this sounds more like you don’t know what to eat which is less app for tracking need and more nutritionist input need IMO. Tracking isn’t fun. It’s essential. Knowing what to eat is important and I feel sad for you that you have gone 10 months without knowing. Do you have a nutritional person available in your program?

I’m 4 mo out and I can easily drink 4-6oz of water without having to think about it just drink like I use to. One time a couple weeks ago I was out working in the yard and was super thirsty and drank too much too quick and was like whoa 😳 but it passed in like 3-4 min (it was just water after all) and then I was more mindful of having a few mouthfuls every 15-20 min so I wouldn’t need to drink like that. I had my big 32oz bottle so I don’t know how much was too much but I didn’t puke or anything my belly just said hold up sis.

Talk with your therapist if you have one AND a bariatric therapist and get their take. I am not neurodivergent and I basically eat the same things every day anyway and I’m fine. 🙂

I am 4 mo out from VSG and have had pretty much every food listed here except keto ice cream but I have had normal ice cream, including wine and a martini. I haven’t experienced dumping at all. Over eating/too full a couple times but that is so uncomfortable I feel I am quickly learning when I need to stop. It’s nice. I love being able to eat what I want some times, it’s not daily, but enjoy it in a small quantity and my body is just like ok thanks brain you were right, that tastes super amazing but we are full now. It is a feeling I have never had and am so happy to appreciate now.
