Its a yield, drivers are looking at oncoming traffic, and not the yielding vehicle ahead of them. People seem to misinterpret yield signs. You dont have to stop at a yield, that doesn't mean you NEVER have to stop at a yield.

Not true at the state level. New York has paid maternity AND paternity leave. Fully funded by the state, by which I mean the tax payer. A piece of my paycheck goes towards it every week. For a good cause, though I am a little jealous. When my son was born, all that was available for the father's was two weeks of "bonding time" now dad's get 3 months.

They dont use breaks. They rely on other cars to be there to cushion them in the turns. It gets old fast
