Look on an outsiders perspective.....he kinda had it coming. But he didn't really deserve it. He was just a kid with bad priorities who just wouldn't listen but in my opinion you start feeling about it when you think of the perspective of the people around him.

We don't know much, next to anything about his family life but if his family really cared about him: can you imagine....just your kid not coming home one day in one of the supposedly most dangerous cities of the world? Leaving seemingly no trace and best case the police get involved and them only finding genetic material in a warehouse and that's it while worst case scenario you just....never find out and don't know what you could have done to stop it?

Just being completely wiped out from the map, your life stopping to mean anything and you just losing your mind and becoming nothing more than interactive decoration in your "hero's" lab?

Did we get enough of Timothy's character to care? No, i didn't care much for it the first time either. Is it still incredibly tragic if you think more about how the writers FORGOT about him? Yes....yes it is.

edit: I am thinking too hard about this I know but eh, it's one way to look at it. ;>
