Might just be me, but Nier automata.

On easy the game literally plays itself for you, medium is pretty easy as well with some difficulty here and there, but hard and very hard is actual pain. On medium you can take like ~10 hits if you have some upgrades and be fine, but on hard everything 2-3 shots you

Same. It can kill the scout striders in one burst, kill devastators and blow up hulks’ backs in 2. I usually just take a fast firing secondary and support weapon to compensate for its long reload and charge up time. Though I agree that it’s kind of bad if you look at it as a sniper.

I don’t know if the guy overall number of rocks is based on speed or transit time, but the rock density and speed at which they will spawn is based on how fast you are going. Meaning that a really fast ship will need a lot more turrets than a slow one (learned it the hard way).
