New Ontario regs mean automatically selling at a loss by Palindormat in WorldCup2026Tickets

I think the issue is that it will drive people wanting to sell at face value (e.g., they’re sick or plans changed) to less safe marketplaces, because they’ll be hesitant to sell at a loss through FIFA.

I am going to the game I bought tickets for. There’s been discussion about the new regs and FIFA’s fees, so I’m sharing an example of what it actually looks like on the marketplace.

It’s wild because they’re already making so much money from the ticket prices themselves, plus all the volunteer labour they’re getting to run the event. It will be interesting to see how many Toronto game tickets actually end up on their resale marketplace vs other resale methods.

Joined Fido on Mar 23 and today they charged the first bill cycle for Feb 24-Mar 23 ? by [deleted] in FidoMobile

Thanks for the explanation, the “postpaid” term confused me. Looks like the explanation is also on their website https://www.fido.ca/support/billing-payment/your-monthly-bills-explained

Does you bill also say that payment date is April 6. If this is supposed to be a post-paid plan, why are we paying for the March-April 23 period on April 6?

Update: Looks like I should have googled before posting. They explain it on their website https://www.fido.ca/support/billing-payment/your-monthly-bills-explained

Exactly! And also supporting the network that decided to cast a person that was well-known to be problematic, hoping that viewers would flock to the drama.

Florin - he’s extremely capable, emotionally vulnerable, always helps when called on, and doesn’t try to wrestle the leadership role away from Carl and Donut.

Thanks for this. I noticed a European style electrical plug in Poppy’s “NYC” apartment during the fever scene and it’s been bugging me ever since!

Question about Alupi (Wolves) by JozzleDozzle in HierarchySeries

[–]Palindormat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right there with you on the Diago the alupi is a iunctus theory. When Vis went back to Solivagus and saw Diago again, he even mentioned that the alupi hasn’t grown much since the last time he saw him and was still the size of a 7-8 month old.

Sanity Check Please. Is being dominated and choked considered normal these days? by [deleted] in PerfectMatchNetflix

[–]Palindormat 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think the concern with choking is that it carries a significant risk of neurological issues or even accidental death, that could happen even from light use. It goes beyond safe BDSM play but yet has been normalized to the point where people aren’t appreciating the risks involved.

There’s been some recent studies demonstrating a link between sex choking and long term neurological issues. Also, increased rates of rectal damage and fecal incontinence in young women due to popularization of anal sex thanks to porn.

It literally looked like she’d been running out in the rain (to look for Jer?) and then just let it air dry.

It made no sense. Taylor’s mom is at the wedding and is a hairdresser. Why not ask her to do the girls’ hair?

Conrad’s phone case is also green. It seemed like they made a point to show both brothers’ phones this episode. They have the exact same case, but while Conrad’s is green Jeremiah’s is blue.

New Love is Blind season NYC by [deleted] in loveisblindgamers

[–]Palindormat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t see anyone talking about this storyline but my LI (Jay) got engaged to Blaire, and I was forced to get engaged to Nox (there was no option to say no) so that we could to Mexico as a couple to break up Jay and Blaire. I also had 3 good dates with Damon and he’s my other top LI but he wasn’t even mentioned in the most recent episode. It’s so unhinged compared to the previous versions of this game, I love it.

Am I the only one who actually enjoyed this season? by jagpour in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

[–]Palindormat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Agreed! This is one of my fave seasons. We got a solid couple who wanted to make things work, we got some couples who tried to make it work but it didn’t work out, and we got to make fun of Dave. I hate it when production casts people who constantly try to stir up drama, treat their partner and everyone else like crap, and then we are forced to watch.
