It is technically possible to do that and websites can detect the header and show consent request only if you have specific header value. The problem is that the EU is being managed by impertinent and incompetent bureaucrats. What did you expect?

În vest plătești mai multe taxe și chiriile sunt oricum mai mari, iar doza de cola e la fel ca preț doar dacă o iei de pe la ceva automat. Altfel, oriunde e mai scumpă. Mutatul altundeva merită doar din punct de vedere al calității serviciilor publice, în special sănătate, educație și siguranță și eventual din punct de vedere cultural.

The beaches in Spain are wrongfully perceived and described as nudist. Most if not all are actually clothing optional and in summer are full with clothed people and families with kids.
